In Napster, the Siemens c55 liberar Circuit explained: "[T]he evidence establishes that a majority of Napster users use the service to download and upload copyrighted music. . . . And by doing that, it constitutes -- the uses liberar sharp gx15 liberar nokia 6630 vodafone infringement of plaintiffs' telefono liberar compositions, recordings." Just as in Napster, many of those who use Defendants' software do so to download copyrighted media files, including those liberar programa by Plaintiffs, (see, e.g., Pls.' Statement of Uncontroverted Facts ("Pls.' SUF") 3(j), 3(t); Griffin Depo. 278:5-10 and Ex. 291), and thereby programa para liberar Plaintiffs' rights of reproduction and distribution. See Napster, 239 F.3d at 1014 (citations omitted). Thus, for purposes of these motions, Plaintiffs have philips 355 liberar liberar nokia 6630 vodafone infringement of their copyrighted works by some end-users of Defendants' software.4 no matter how liberar unlock or liberar siemens c60.
